Teresa commenced with Paywise in 2017 and has been with us for 4 years and 6 months.
Teresa came to Paywise looking to settle in Australia and find a long-term job where she could make lifelong friends.

Teresa’s favourite band is Fleetwood Mac as they make great music to think and work to.
Teresa’s favourite movie is The Labyrinth. Directed by Jim Henson. With David Bowie, Jennifer Connelly, Toby Froud, Shelley Thompson. Sixteen-year-old Sarah is given thirteen hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother Toby when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King Jareth. Teresa chose this movie because she loves David Bowie.
Product Developments
FBT shortfalls can be an annoying issue to learn about as a result of the EOY FBT process. Whilst a small percentage of these shortfalls are unavoidable, the large percentage should be avoided through proper FBT management by your novated leasing administrator – Paywise!
Our in-house, proprietary salary packaging system has been developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of salary packaging administration for all our members, including novated leases.
A highlight of the system is the automated FBT Management on novated lease benefits.
This development was designed to limit the potential for FBT shortfalls on our member’s novated lease benefits. This was achieved with Paywise’s system able to monitor and adjust post-tax collections at each pay period to ensure enough post-tax at FBT year end.
Since its introduction, the system has been highly successful in mitigating FBT shortfalls, so much so that for the FBT year ending 31 March 2021, we achieved an 87% reduction of FBT liabilities compared to the prior year. This product development has enhanced our product offering and increased the satisfaction of our members.
