Jasmin Corby
Employee Benefits Consultant in the Paywise Customer Experience Team
Jasmin commenced with Paywise in December 2020.
Jasmin came to Paywise looking for a corporate role within the finance sector and found Paywise to be the perfect fit for her. Prior to Paywise, Jasmin was driving farm machinery in Bodallin, Near Kalgoorlie. She even completed her video interview while sitting in her harvester! Jasmin has brought fresh-faced enthusiasm to Paywise and always strives to go the extra mile for our customers. Jasmin’s passion for helping people and her resilience in tough situations is engrained in her work ethic which she consistently displays through her willingness to assist our members. Jasmin is a great example of a can-do attitude and is at the coalface of our call centre that assisted in answering over 40,000 customer interactions throughout the FBT year.
Jasimin enjoys rock climbing, volunteer fire fighter, reading and netball.
Her dog’s name Percy – he is a Kelpie.
Favourite band is Black Veil Brides. Their music genres are listed as glam metal, heavy metal, hard rock, metalcore, gothic rock and are an American rock band based in Hollywood, California.
Favourite movie The Greatest Showman – starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Michelle Williams and Rebecca Ferguson.

New Car Availability
It has been well-reported that there are shortages of new cars in Australia across all manufacturer brands. We are finding the wait times for new cars can be up to 6 months. These ongoing delays are seeing Australia’s used car market enjoying an almost “property like bubble”, with limited supply resulting in their value well above the pre-COVID values.
So, what does this mean for anyone contemplating an upgrade to their existing car?
Get into the queue as soon as you can by calling us to find out more. We can either get you into the queue to be behind the wheel of a new car before Spring rolls around or help you to track down a 2nd hand car that meets your needs.
Customer Surveys – NPS
Paywise customers are regularly invited to share their thoughts in a 3-minute survey allowing their feedback to directly improve the Paywise membership experience. With close to 3,000 members completing our survey we are proud to share that our NPS result was 58% with over half of the customers who completed the survey rating Paywise 10/10 and likely to recommend our services to a co-worker or friend.
Tips and Hints
Changing your PIN on your Paywise card
When changing your PIN, select a four-digit combination that’s easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess. Do not use number combinations that can be easily guessed like your date of birth, sequential numbers (like 1234) or the same number (like 1111). Once you have chosen your PIN, don’t write it down or share it with anyone.
