MDR membership included

Employment Details: you’ll need your employee number (found on your payslip) and your pay cycle details. If you’re unsure about either, your payroll team can help!

Complete your application

Bank Details: to reimburse your claims promptly, we’ll need your bank account information. This helps us ensure your application is ready to go once approved.

Answer a few easy questions and set up your salary packaging account in around 10 minutes.

Step 1: Tell us about yourself and select your employer

Provide your name, date of birth and annual salary. Then choose your employer to view salary packaging options available to you.

Step 2: Add your package items

Select and manage your benefits, such as meal entertainment, novated lease and living expenses.

Step 3: Upload your documents

The documents required will depend on the benefits you've selected.

Step 4: Review and
confirm

Agree to the terms and conditions and you’re all set!
