Frank Agostino

Frank Agostino is the Chief Executive Officer of Paywise, a leading salary packaging and novated leasing business majority owned by COG:ASX. He leads a team of 320 staff and is responsible for the group’s growth, performance and service delivery across salary packaging and novated leasing.

Frank began his career at Fleet Network in 2010 and worked through the ranks before orchestrating the acquisition of Paywise in 2023, where he was appointed CEO of the group. Since acquisition, Paywise has grown from approximately 15,000 members to 63,401 members as of January 2026, reflecting sustained employer growth and deeper member engagement.

In September 2025, Frank also oversaw the acquisition and integration of Easi, further expanding the group’s scale and capability. He is known for a member-first leadership style grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and high standards, with a clear expectation that Paywise should be easy to do business with and deliver consistently strong outcomes.

Frank is driving a digital and automation agenda that strengthens the member experience while improving productivity across the business. The focus is simple: grow the employer base and member footprint without a matching headcount curve, protecting service quality and Paywise’s brand promise as the organisation scales.

Steven Georgiou

Steven Georgiou is the Chief Operating Officer of Paywise, with 14 years of industry experience across multiple functions within the salary packaging and novated leasing sector. Over the course of his career, Steven has worked across all operational and commercial departments, developing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business and customer lifecycle.

In his current role as COO, Steven oversees customer experience, sales, business development, and account management. Given the organisation’s collaborative structure, he works closely with the CEO to share operational responsibility across all departments and drive collective performance outcomes.

Steven holds a Commerce degree with majors in Economics, Finance, and Financial Planning, providing a strong analytical and commercial foundation to his strategic and operational decision-making.

Pieter Jordaan

Pieter Jordaan (B.Sc, M.Com, Adv Diploma Banking Law, ACMA, CGMA, MIPA, GAICD) is the Chief Financial Officer at Paywise, based in Perth, Western Australia. He is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and performance, supporting sustainable growth and strong financial stewardship across the business.

With extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles within the financial services industry, Pieter brings deep hands‑on expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, risk management, and strategic planning. He works closely with executive leadership and boards to deliver clear financial insight, support sound decision‑making, and ensure robust compliance and controls.

L’trone Phoenix is a Member Experience Manager with 15 years of experience in customer experience and stakeholder engagement. He specialises in operations and customer experience strategy.

At Paywise, L’trone serves as the voice of the member, ensuring every complaint, interaction, and piece of feedback is treated as a critical opportunity for improvement. Reporting directly to the CEO, he leads end-to-end member journey ownership, centralised complaint and feedback governance, AFCA oversight and regulatory alignment, and data-led systemic improvement initiatives that drive cross-functional service transformation.

L’trone is passionate about designing service systems that reduce friction before it occurs. His approach to member experience is grounded in empathy supported by data, influence without hierarchy, and the belief that service excellence should be built by design rather than delivered by chance.

Naomi Stokes

Naomi Stokes is the Bid Manager at Paywise, joining the business in February 2024 to establish and lead the organisation’s Bid Management function. She brings more than 15 years’ experience in bid and proposal management, including over eight years in the salary packaging and novated leasing industry.

Naomi has led successful bids across a broad range of procurement environments, including large, multi‑million‑dollar government contracts, as well as complex corporate and not‑for‑profit opportunities. She is known for her collaborative and structured approach, working closely with leaders and teams across the business to strengthen bid governance, support confident decision‑making and position Paywise competitively in high‑stakes procurement processes.

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Western Australia and is passionate about capability building, mentoring and continuous improvement.

As Director of Human Resources at Paywise, Renee Healy leads the people strategy across every stage of the employee experience. With over 17 years in the public sector and two years in the finance industry, she brings extensive expertise in employment law, integrity, and organisational leadership.

Renee oversees the full suite of HR functions - from recruitment and onboarding to performance, retention, and compliance - ensuring Paywise attracts and supports great talent within a strong, values-led framework.

Renee has led key initiatives such as implementing a new HRIS system, transforming recruitment and onboarding, and improving efficiency across the business.

With more than 16 years of progressive experience at Paywise, Stacy has developed a deep understanding of both the organisation and the salary packaging industry, progressing from a frontline call-centre role to her current position as Head of Customer Experience. Her career journey reflects a strong commitment to continuous development, operational excellence, and delivering meaningful outcomes for both customers and the broader organisation.

Throughout this time, Stacy has built extensive expertise in salary packaging while championing a strong customer-centric philosophy. She is passionate about creating service environments where teams are empowered to deliver personalised, high-quality experiences at scale. By combining strategic leadership with a practical understanding of customer needs, Stacy plays a key role in shaping service standards, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting Paywise’s ongoing growth and reputation for excellence.

Bailey Allen

Bailey Allen is an experienced CX leader within the novated leasing industry, with close to six years of hands‑on operational, customer, and process management expertise. As the Head of Customer Experience for Novated Leasing, Bailey oversees end‑to‑end service delivery, agent capability uplift, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives that improve member outcomes and operational efficiency.

With a strong background in training and development, Bailey specialises in designing and delivering capability programs that simplify complex salary packaging and novated leasing concepts for frontline teams. Their leadership focuses on coaching teams to deliver empathetic, human‑centred service while maintaining high operational accuracy and compliance.

Bailey brings significant practical experience across both small and large‑scale employer migrations, day‑to‑day operational oversight, and high‑touch stakeholder management with key external partners such as financiers and insurance providers. Prior to entering the novated leasing sector, Bailey worked in retail project management, delivering brand conversions and renewal programs across the Eastern seaboard using Lean/Kaizen methodologies. This background strengthened their capability in structured problem‑solving, cross‑functional coordination, and large‑scale operational change.

Bailey holds an RG146 certification, studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University up to their penultimate year and is an alum of Suzanne Cory High School.

Steve Borman is the Director of Customer Experience and Payroll Operations at Paywise, leading the strategic delivery of exceptional service and operational excellence across the organisation. With extensive global experience across business operations, supply chain, logistics, and customer care, Steve is known for transforming complex environments into high‑performing, scalable operations.

Since joining Paywise, Steve has strengthened the organisation’s commitment to member experience by uplifting contact centre performance, driving major operational improvements, and modernising payroll and payment processing functions. His leadership has delivered significant gains in service responsiveness, automation, and process efficiency.

Before joining Paywise, Steve spent more than a decade in senior regional and global roles with Maxeon Solar Technologies and SunPower Corporation. In these positions, he oversaw large‑scale cost‑centre portfolios with annual expenditure in the hundreds of millions, ensuring strong governance and operational effectiveness, while also leading global SIOP and planning functions, directing international logistics networks, and supporting major product launches across diverse markets. Renowned for driving operational performance, enhancing profitability, and developing high‑performing teams, Steve has delivered transformational outcomes in both emerging and mature global markets.

Garrick Ibbotson

Garrick Ibbotson is the Director of Sales at Paywise, bringing a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and driving sustainable business growth. His career has been shaped by a commitment to exceeding client expectations and building high-performing teams.

Garrick joined Fleet Network in 2018 as a Senior Novated Leasing Consultant and quickly progressed through the organisation, holding roles as Operations Manager and General Manager before stepping into his current position as Director of Sales following the integration of Paywise into Fleet Network in 2023. Throughout this time, he has played a key role in strengthening the sales function, refining processes and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Prior to his corporate career, Garrick spent more than a decade in professional sport. From 2005 to 2017, he played AFL with the Fremantle Football Club, developing a deep understanding of teamwork, discipline and leadership. He later returned to the club in a coaching capacity, serving as an Assistant Coach for the Fremantle Dockers AFLW from 2019 to 2021. These experiences helped shape his leadership approach and strengthened his ability to motivate and guide teams to perform at their best.

In his current role, Garrick is responsible for driving sales performance, optimising sales strategies and ensuring strong alignment between the sales function and the organisation’s broader strategic objectives. He works closely with marketing, operations and customer experience teams to deliver a cohesive and customer-focused approach across the business.

With an entrepreneurial approach to brand building, Paul sets the strategic direction for the Paywise brand and drives marketing programs that help Australians better understand and benefit from salary packaging. His focus includes building brand awareness, strengthening market presence, driving acquisition, and creating content and communications that support members throughout their journey.

Paul brings more than 20 years’ experience across media, marketing, and commercial leadership, having worked extensively across radio, podcasting, digital, TV, print, branded content, events, and sport partnerships. He also spent several years working in media and sport in Canada, collaborating with some of North America’s largest media brands and campaigns.

Paul also serves as a Director of Baseball WA, where he contributes to growing the game across the state through broadcast, marketing, and content development - helping elevate visibility, participation, and fan engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Murdoch University and a Marketing Mini‑MBA. His expertise includes brand strategy, marketing strategy, communications, integrated campaigns, partnership development, content strategy, and leading high‑performance teams.

Mike Whait

Mike has served as Director of IT at Paywise since evolving from his initial IT Manager role in February 2010. With over 25 years of experience in software development and IT management, he leads the company's technology operations, infrastructure, and software development support.

Prior to Paywise, Mike worked as a Software Developer and Analyst, building custom solutions for major clients including Bunnings, ConocoPhillips, Woodside, Shell, and BP. At ISS Group, he managed enterprise infrastructure while continuing software development, building expertise across the full technology stack.

In his current role, Mike oversees IT operations and infrastructure while leading a team of software and infrastructure support engineers. He is spearheading Paywise's digital transformation with a strategic focus on identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities that drive business efficiency and innovation. Mike combines deep technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure technology capabilities align with and advance business objectives.
