Frank Agostino

Frank Agostino is the Chief Executive Officer of Paywise, a leading salary packaging and novated leasing business majority owned by COG:ASX. He leads a team of 320 staff and is responsible for the group’s growth, performance and service delivery across salary packaging and novated leasing.

Frank began his career at Fleet Network in 2010 and worked through the ranks before orchestrating the acquisition of Paywise in 2023, where he was appointed CEO of the group. Since acquisition, Paywise has grown from approximately 15,000 members to 63,401 members as of January 2026, reflecting sustained employer growth and deeper member engagement.

In September 2025, Frank also oversaw the acquisition and integration of Easi, further expanding the group’s scale and capability. He is known for a member-first leadership style grounded in responsiveness, transparency, and high standards, with a clear expectation that Paywise should be easy to do business with and deliver consistently strong outcomes.

Frank is driving a digital and automation agenda that strengthens the member experience while improving productivity across the business. The focus is simple: grow the employer base and member footprint without a matching headcount curve, protecting service quality and Paywise’s brand promise as the organisation scales.

Steven Georgiou

Steven Georgiou is the Chief Operating Officer of Paywise, with 14 years of industry experience across multiple functions within the salary packaging and novated leasing sector. Over the course of his career, Steven has worked across all operational and commercial departments, developing a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business and customer lifecycle.

In his current role as COO, Steven oversees customer experience, sales, business development, and account management. Given the organisation’s collaborative structure, he works closely with the CEO to share operational responsibility across all departments and drive collective performance outcomes.

Steven holds a Commerce degree with majors in Economics, Finance, and Financial Planning, providing a strong analytical and commercial foundation to his strategic and operational decision-making.

Their leadership focuses on coaching teams to deliver empathetic, human‑centred service while maintaining high operational accuracy and compliance.

Bailey brings significant practical experience across both small and large‑scale employer migrations, day‑to‑day operational oversight, and high‑touch stakeholder management with key external partners such as financiers and insurance providers. They have led continuous improvement efforts across systems, processes, documentation, and service workflows, driving measurable efficiencies and consistency across the customer journey.

Prior to entering the novated leasing sector, Bailey worked in retail project management, delivering brand conversions and renewal programs across the Eastern seaboard using Lean/Kaizen methodologies. This background strengthened their capability in structured problem‑solving, cross‑functional coordination, and large‑scale operational change.

Bailey holds an RG146 certification, studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Psychological Science at La Trobe University up to their penultimate year and is an alum of Suzanne Cory High School.

Garrick joined Fleet Network in 2018 as a Senior Novated Leasing Consultant and quickly progressed through the organisation, holding roles as Operations Manager and General Manager before stepping into his current position as Director of Sales following the integration of Paywise into Fleet Network in 2023. Throughout this time, he has played a key role in strengthening the sales function, refining processes and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Prior to his corporate career, Garrick spent more than a decade in professional sport. From 2005 to 2017, he played AFL with the Fremantle Football Club, developing a deep understanding of teamwork, discipline and leadership. He later returned to the club in a coaching capacity, serving as an Assistant Coach for the Fremantle Dockers AFLW from 2019 to 2021. These experiences helped shape his leadership approach and strengthened his ability to motivate and guide teams to perform at their best.

In his current role, Garrick is responsible for driving sales performance, optimising sales strategies and ensuring strong alignment between the sales function and the organisation’s broader strategic objectives. He works closely with marketing, operations and customer experience teams to deliver a cohesive and customer-focused approach across the business.

His focus includes building brand awareness, strengthening market presence, driving acquisition, and creating content and communications that support members throughout their journey.

Paul brings more than 20 years’ experience across media, marketing, and commercial leadership, having worked extensively across radio, podcasting, digital, TV, print, branded content, events, and sport partnerships. He also spent several years working in media and sport in Canada, collaborating with some of North America’s largest media brands and campaigns.

Paul also serves as a Director of Baseball WA, where he contributes to growing the game across the state through broadcast, marketing, and content development - helping elevate visibility, participation, and fan engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Murdoch University and a Marketing Mini‑MBA. His expertise includes brand strategy, marketing strategy, communications, integrated campaigns, partnership development, content strategy, and leading high‑performance teams.

Prior to Paywise, Mike worked as a Software Developer and Analyst, building custom solutions for major clients including Bunnings, ConocoPhillips, Woodside, Shell, and BP. At ISS Group, he managed enterprise infrastructure while continuing software development, building expertise across the full technology stack.

In his current role, Mike oversees IT operations and infrastructure while leading a team of software and infrastructure support engineers. He is spearheading Paywise's digital transformation with a strategic focus on identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities that drive business efficiency and innovation. Mike combines deep technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure technology capabilities align with and advance business objectives.
