Contact your employer to see if this benefit is available to you.

How It Works

If employees are eligible for the Fly In, Fly Out Travel benefit, they can save on flights by using their pre-tax income to pay for the cost of the flight, thereby reducing their taxable income.

  • Only available to employees self-funded airfares.

What’s not allowed:

  • Holiday travel
  • Travel that is not in relation to the employee returning to their usual place of employment or usual place of residence
