Our daughter's just collected her gorgeous new EV - a black BYD Seal Dynamic - and loves it! I've leased several cars through different companies over the years. I value the convenience (as well as the tax benefits) of novated leasing. But, in particular, I've always valued good, reliable service. I think it's reasonable to expect leasing companies to continue their service throughout the lease, not just when you're purchasing the car. I contacted Paywise last year, when my own car was due for replacement, disillusioned by my former leasing company. I wanted personalised service, people who knew me, responded quickly to emails, didn't make me wait for more than 50 minutes each time I called and followed up on my queries. When I first spoke to Peter Norman, he promised that Paywise could provide that level of service. I love when people stick to their promises. Subsequently, without question, I returned to this company when another lease was about to expire.
