Community Salary Packaging (CSP) members are now supported by Paywise, one of Australia’s leading salary packaging providers, trusted by organisations and employees nationwide.

We’re committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all employers and employees, with dedicated onboarding and customer support teams available throughout the process.

What’s Changing?

As part of the transition to Paywise:

Your salary packaging services will continue to be managed by Paywise.
Existing payroll deduction arrangements will continue as normal.
Members will transition from their current card arrangements to the Paywise Card solution.
Any remaining balances on existing cards will be transferred to the new Paywise Card arrangement as part of the transition process.
Salary packaging funds will continue to be transferred in line with your employer’s payroll cycle.

Further information regarding the card transition, including timing and any actions required from members, will be communicated directly before implementation.
