Your New Salary Packaging Provider

Following the integration of Community Salary Packaging (CSP) into the Paywise family in 2024, we are excited to announce that we are consolidating our operations and trading under a single brand, Paywise.

Paywise has been a leader in the salary packaging industry since 1989, trusted by hundreds of organisations across Australia.

As part of this transition, the management of all CSP customers will now be handled by Paywise, ensuring a seamless experience under one unified brand.

You will be able to continue to use your Beyond Bank Salary Packaging or Meal Entertainment Card as before, without interruption. The only change you will notice is that your payroll deductions will now appear under the Paywise name, rather than CSP.

To view your account balance and transactions, you can continue to use the Beyond Bank App.

FAQ

Yes, your Beyond Bank card/s will continue to work as normal

You can continue to use the Beyond Bank mobile banking app as normal to access card balance and transaction information.
